All order cancellations must be made in writing via email to Blooms by Bradley at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date. E Mails to email@example.com.
Orders and Delivery
Due to the unique and personal service offered I require at least 72hrs from Order to Delivery. Once an order is received it will be processed and you will receive an E Mail notification that it has been processed and that any specific requests can or cannot be met. Delivery details will also be confirmed. Deliveries will be carried out Monday to Saturday with the exception of bank holidays.
Whilst every effort is made to keep our products healthy if you are not completely satisfied you must notify Blooms by Bradley in writing (via Email) within 24 hours of receipt of the product, failure to do so will be deamed as the product is accepted, refunds will not be given at any time, a replacement product will be given on all occasions.
Blooms by Bradley recognises the importance of your privacy, we keep copies of all orders including contact and delivery information. This information is not shared with any third party company or organisation. Your financial details will not be stored by Blooms by Bradley.
